Welcome to our site. Wounded Warriors Impacting Neighbors (WWIN) is a non-profit program designed to meet special job needs of wounded military members. Because their needs for time, income, education, and rehabilitation bring complex situations to them, their families, and to their community, our response needs to be flexible and unique.

Wounded Warriors Impacting Neighbors (WWIN) is a non-profit organization that helps injured, post-9/11 veterans of the U.S. military gain appropriate and sustainable employment in situations that are developed and nurtured through WWIN. WWIN works with local businesses to procure positions that provide a livable wage while accommodating the needs of the wounded warrior, promotes those businesses to the community, and assists wounded warriors to start their own businesses if desired. WWIN also helps those veterans establish self-sufficiency in their everyday lives, cultivate strong family relationships, establish a fulfilling place in society, and above all else, maintain their dignity, despite the challenges of their injuries.
